The Culture and Resilience team is a Psychology Lab at William Paterson University of New Jersey. The team is co-lead by Dr. Winnie Ma and Dr. Aileen Torres.

Research Assistants of the lab are comprised of PsyD, MA in Clinical & Counseling Psychology, and Undergraduate Psychology students. Together the team works collaboratively to research resiliency across a variety of cultures and identity groups.

 

As a part of the Culture and Resilience team, Research Assistants have the opportunity to  work on a variety of different studies. Our RA's have presented at national and local conferences, presented posters, and facilitated in-school interventions.
